The agreement between you and Worker Bee Wellness LLC for using this platform.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Worker Bee Wellness LLC ("Worker Bee", "we", "us"). They apply when you create an account, book an event, apply to work as a therapist, or otherwise use this website and platform (the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Worker Bee coordinates on-site corporate wellness events — chair massage, and related services — delivered at a client's own workplace by licensed massage therapists we refer to as "TheraBees".
We operate the platform that takes the booking, works out the staffing, dispatches therapists, and handles invoicing. We are the coordinator and biller of the engagement. The hands-on services are performed by independent contractors — see section 7.
When you submit a booking you are requesting an event. A booking is not final until we confirm it, which is when we have therapists in place. We will tell you the recommended number of therapists based on your headcount, session length and how long you want the event to run; you may book more or fewer.
Events have a minimum billable length of 2 hours. You are responsible for providing a suitable, safe and private-enough space at the address you give us, and for access to the building on the day.
If we can only staff fewer therapists than you requested, we will tell you before confirming and you will be charged for the therapists actually staffed, not the number originally requested.
This is important and we want to be plain about it. TheraBees are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents or partners of Worker Bee, and no employment, joint venture or partnership is created between Worker Bee and a therapist, or between a client and a therapist, by using the Service.
Therapists set their own availability, choose which jobs to accept, and are responsible for their own licensing, professional liability insurance, taxes and equipment. We verify that licensing and insurance documents are on file before a therapist is approved to take work, but we do not supervise or direct how treatment is performed.
Therapists working through the platform also agree to a separate Independent Contractor Agreement, which governs their relationship with Worker Bee. It is provided to each therapist in their portal, where they read and sign it and keep their own copy.
Chair massage and related wellness services are for general relaxation and comfort. They are not medical care, and nothing offered through the Service is a diagnosis, treatment, cure or medical advice. No therapist-patient relationship is created.
Participation is voluntary. Anyone receiving a session should tell the therapist about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or anything else relevant, and should consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical concern. A therapist may decline to perform a session where they judge it unsuitable or unsafe.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service. You grant us the licence needed to host and use it to run the Service — take your booking, dispatch therapists, raise invoices and provide support.
The Service itself — the software, branding, and the Worker Bee name and logo — belongs to Worker Bee, and these Terms do not transfer any of it to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a therapist will always be available for a requested date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worker Bee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Worker Bee for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worker Bee and its officers, members and contractors from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or conditions at a site you asked us to attend.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to tell you — for example by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones in effect when the booking was confirmed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute. [Placeholder — confirm the governing state and venue with counsel before launch.]
