Exhibit E — Stripe Connect Payment Addendum

1. Stripe Connect Account. To receive payments through the Platform, Therapist must create, maintain, and remain eligible for a Stripe Connect connected account, currently expected to be a Stripe Express account ("Stripe Account"). Therapist authorizes Worker Bee to initiate payouts of amounts payable under the Agreement to Therapist's Stripe Account.

2. Separate Stripe Relationship. Therapist understands that Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe") are independent third-party payment-service providers and are not affiliates, employees, agents, or representatives of Worker Bee. Therapist's Stripe Account is subject to the applicable Stripe Connected Account Agreement, Stripe privacy policy, and other Stripe terms and disclosures presented during onboarding or account administration (collectively, "Stripe Terms"). Therapist must review and separately accept the Stripe Terms directly with Stripe. If there is a conflict between this Addendum and Stripe Terms concerning Stripe's payment services, verification, account eligibility, account restrictions, reserves, payout timing, or handling of funds, the Stripe Terms control as between Therapist and Stripe.

3. Authorization and Payment Direction. Therapist authorizes Worker Bee to instruct Stripe to transmit compensation, tips, cancellation compensation, adjustments, and other amounts payable to Therapist under the Agreement to Therapist's Stripe Account. Subject to any nonwaivable law, Worker Bee's payment obligation is satisfied when Worker Bee successfully initiates the applicable transfer through Stripe to Therapist's Stripe Account. Therapist is responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and valid Stripe Account, bank-account, identity, tax, and contact information. Stripe may delay, reject, reverse, or otherwise affect the availability of funds as permitted under the Stripe Terms or applicable law.

4. Verification, Holds, and Failures. Therapist understands that Stripe may require identity, business, banking, tax, or other verification; may delay, suspend, reject, reverse, or restrict payouts as permitted by Stripe Terms or applicable law; and may require further information over time. Worker Bee does not control Stripe's decisions and does not guarantee Stripe Account approval, uninterrupted availability, payout timing, or the availability of any Stripe service. Worker Bee will use reasonable efforts to notify Therapist of a payout issue known to Worker Bee and reasonably within Worker Bee's ability to address.

5. Data Sharing and Privacy. Therapist authorizes Worker Bee to provide Stripe with information reasonably necessary to create, administer, verify, support, and reconcile the Stripe Account and payouts, including Therapist's name, business information, email address, address, phone number, payout amount, and transaction information. Stripe's processing of information is governed by Stripe Terms and Stripe's privacy policy. Worker Bee's collection and use of personal information remains governed by Worker Bee's Privacy Policy.

6. Fees, Refunds, Disputes, and Adjustments. Worker Bee's pricing and payout terms remain governed by the Agreement, the applicable Event Offer, and the Therapist Payout & Cancellation Policy. Therapist will not be charged a Worker Bee payment-processing fee unless Worker Bee clearly discloses and Therapist accepts that fee before it is imposed. Any Stripe fees, reserves, negative-balance treatment, account restrictions, or other Stripe charges are governed by the Stripe Terms and the configured Connect account structure.

For client payments processed as separate charges and transfers, Worker Bee is the party charged by Stripe for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and related negative amounts associated with the client charge. Worker Bee will not automatically reverse, debit, or offset a payment already successfully sent to Therapist's Stripe Account merely because a client later receives a refund, dispute credit, chargeback, or other adjustment. Any recovery from Therapist for a therapist-caused loss must follow Section 8 of this Addendum and applicable law.

7. Tax Information and Reporting. Therapist authorizes Worker Bee and Stripe, as applicable, to collect, verify, use, and disclose tax information necessary for legally required tax reporting. Worker Bee may use Stripe's Connect tax-reporting tools or another provider to prepare, file, and deliver tax forms on Worker Bee's behalf. Therapist remains responsible for reporting all taxable income and paying all taxes due. Nothing in this Addendum determines the legal filer of record for any tax form; Worker Bee will determine and fulfill applicable reporting obligations with its tax advisers and configured Stripe tax-reporting services.

8. No Automatic Clawbacks After Payout. Worker Bee will not automatically reverse or debit a payment already successfully sent to Therapist's Stripe Account merely because a client later receives a refund. If Worker Bee believes Therapist caused or materially contributed to a refund, chargeback, loss, or other adjustment, Worker Bee may pursue recovery only through a separate, documented, good-faith manual process permitted by the Agreement and applicable law, with written notice and a reasonable opportunity for Therapist to dispute the claim. Nothing in this Section prevents an adjustment before a payout is initiated or prevents action required by Stripe Terms or applicable law.

9. Suspension of Payouts. Worker Bee may delay initiating a payout only as permitted by the Agreement, applicable law, or a legitimate fraud, compliance, payment-reversal, dispute, or account-verification concern. Worker Bee will not use payout holds as a penalty for declining unrelated Event Offers.

10. Addendum Priority. This Addendum is incorporated into the Therapist Marketplace Services Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement concerning Stripe Connect onboarding or payout administration, this Addendum controls. If there is a conflict between this Addendum and Stripe Terms concerning Stripe services, Stripe Terms control as between Therapist and Stripe.
